Fanvil ATA

1. Press and hold the reset key for at least 6 seconds

2. Keep holding until all light begin to flash

3. After a restart, your ATA will be successfully reset

1. Connect to the internet

2. Press the Menu key, then navigate to Status followed by Network

3. Proceed to the Wi-Fi IP address on your browser using https://

4. Enter your username and password in the provided fields
   
   

   Open

   

    

5. You should now be greeted by a screen such as below

6. Click on Configurations

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page
   
   

   Open

   

8. Click Reset Phone

9. Click Reset

10. After the restart, your phone will be successfully reset.
