This method allows you to add multiple standard users all at once. You will have to manually assign them additional privileges to allow them to perform extra duties, however. These can be found in the Roles/Permissions section.

  1. Click on the Users tab on the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Import/Export Users option. 
  3. You can download the template CSV file if you do not already have one.
  4. Once you have amended for your new users, you then import the file using the browse button (underlined) to import the file. 
  5. If you follow the format in the picture and save your users as a CSV file, you will not need to download the template. Telephone A telephone number is not a compulsory field
  6. Once the import has finished, any errors will be presented on the screen. Otherwise, otherwise your user import will have been successful and you can start giving them additional permissions and allow them to manage themselves.

This method allows you to add a single user manually, without the need to upload a CSV.

  1. You can manually add each user by selecting the Add User button and filling out the form shown below. 
  2. Email The email address used must not be in use by any other user on the system. It is a unique constraint on all users.
  3. It is a good idea to use the content of the Email address as field as the Username as , too, as they may be combined in future releases.
