Why am I not receiving any pop-ups?
Many web browsers will prevent pop ups by default, but will present a warning.
Below are a few methods on how to allow these on commonly used Browsers.
Edge
You can find the pop-up blocker in the right hand side of your address bar.
Click the icon, and select “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://pop.byphone.co.uk”.
Another option is to allow pop-ups via Cookies and site permissions in settings.
More info found here.

Click Add, and enter https://pop.byphone.co.uk into the Site address field.
Firefox

To add a pop-up Exception:
Click on Safari in the top left then Preferences.
Click Websites on the top row.
Go to Pop-up Windows, then change pop.byphone.co.uk permissions to Allow.
Why does the application show no connection?
Depending on your computers power save/sleep settings, you may find that your Current Status has changed and looks like the below after returning to your computer.
In this case, while your machine was asleep it had no internet connectivity. When woken up, the web browser has refreshed the window, and requires clicking Start again.
To prevent this refresh, try the following:
For Windows 11
Press the Windows key and go to Settings.
Go to System, then Power and Battery.
Expand the Screen, sleep, & hibernate timeouts option and adjust the settings accordingly.
For Windows 10
Press the Windows Key and go to Settings.
Go to System then Power & sleep.
Change your settings to match the below.
How do I obtain the URL for searching in my CRM/application?
If your URL is incorrectly formatted, it will fail to load the correct search page.
Within your CRM:
Search for a number and hit Enter.
Go to the address bar and look for the search parameters (usually an "=" followed by the number you searched for).
Example using Google:
We search for the number +442895607500.
The result returned ishttps://www.google.com/search?q=%2B442895607500&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB816GB816&oq=%2B442895607500&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCDYzNDdqMGo3qAIAsAIA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
You can remove everything after the number and use the following format in your settings:https://www.google.com/search?q=
Now, when a pop-up appears, it will search Google with the incoming or outgoing number using the prefix above.
Ensuring the CRM URL is correct allows both screen pop and CRM integration to function properly.
What do the state options mean?
When the application opens a pop-up, up can be determined through the settings of the page on pop.byphone.co.uk.
Under State, you will have 4 options
Not Set - default to Early
Early - When the call begins to ring
Confirmed - When the call is answered
Terminated - When the call ends
Click Save Form to save your settings, go back to Home and restart your registration.
What is the difference between User and Organisation settings?
An organisation has two options for setting screen pop:
Organisation-level links are set by the organisation admin. If the user link is not changed, this will be used by default.
A user can change their own link if using a different CRM.
A user can then change their own link if using a different CRM.
If the wrong site is popping, check these settings.
Why am I getting logged out each day?
24 hours after you have logged in, your session token will expire and you will be prompted to log back in.
You can check when your session ends by looking for Kratos Sessions Expires at, found on the main page under User Details.
You will be prompted to log again.
Once logged back in, click Start to enable your CRM integration and continue to receive pop-ups from pop.byphone.co.uk.
