Handset not updating on Auto-provision
Confirm Public IP Address
Check the Public IP address of the network the handset is connected to. Access whatismyip.com from a PC connected to the same network
Ensure the IP Address shown in the above step is correctly entered/updated on the Add Device screen
Confirm correct MAC address
Recheck the MAC address of the handset matches that entered on the Add Device Screen as shown in the above image.
The handset MAC address can be found on the back of most devices
The MAC address can also be found in the handset GUI or phone UI. Instructions can be found on the relevant provisioning page for the brand/model.

Confirm provisioning URL is correct within handset
The url used for provisioning all devices using the byphone templates is:
https://granite.byphone.co.uk/v1/provisioning/
The relevant wiki pages for provisioning should indicate where this should be added within each type of handset and how to access this option. Ensure there are no errant characters or whitespace in the field.
