Sign In

If you already have a Byphone account, you can Sign In using your email address. Once you have been granted permission, this email address is associated with the various Byphone services.

Authentication Methods

  • Password

  • Social Sign In (Google)

  • Backup Recovery Codes

  • Passkey

  • TOTP Authenicator App

Sign Up

If you do not already have a Byphone account, you can Sign Up using a valid email address. This email address must be verified and must match a user profile on the various Byphone applications to allow access.

Account Recovery

If your account exists but you have not previously logged in or do not have access to a valid authenication method, you can trigger a recovery code to be sent to your email address via the Account Recovery option.

Enter your email address:

Then enter the recovery code sent to your email address.

Ensure you have setup your password and at least 1 other method, within 15 minutes of recovery, to prevent losing access to your account again.

Account Verification

After initial setup, you must go through Account Verification to ensure you have access to the email address.

Then enter the verification code sent to your email address or click the link in the verification email.

Account Settings

Here you can setup or amend the various authentication methods used to access your account. Ensure you have setup your password and at least 1 other method.

Troubleshooting

Sign In errors

This account does not exist or has no login method configured

  • The email address may not exist, try Sign Up

  • No login methods configured, try Account Recovery

    • Ensure password is created

The provided credentials are invalid, check for spelling mistakes in your password or username, email address, or phone number

Sign Up error

An account with the same identifier (email, phone, username, ...) exists already

Successfully Signed in, no Byphone access

Sees System Login screen on app.byphone.co.uk

  • The email address you are using does not match an active user on app.byphone.co.uk, speak to your system administrator

Logout Attempt error

No active session was found in this request

  • Close the window, open a new browser window/tab and Sign In again
