Snom Deskphones

  1. Power off the device.
  2. Press, hold the # key and power on the device.
  3. Keep holding the # button until the message "Rescue Mode" appears.
  4. Select the Setting reset option, by pressing the number “1” on the phone.
  5. After the restart, your phone will be successfully reset.

Snom Dect Base Station

  1. Press and hold, for at least 10 seconds, the reset key located on the side of the base station.
  2. After the restart, your phone will be successfully reset.

Snom Dect Handset

Step 1: Deregister the handset
  1. Press the Menu key or the centre button in the navigational pad.
  2. Navigate to Connectivity, then Deregister.
  3. Enter PIN 0000 to confirm your deregistration.
  4. After specifying your DECT, press Select and press Yes to Delete registration.
  5. As a result, you should see Empty entries in your Connectivity menu.
Step 2: Reset settings
  1. Press the Menu key or the centre button in the navigational pad.
  2. Navigate to Settings, then Reset settings, then click Yes to reset settings.
  3. Enter PIN 0000 and press OK to confirm.
  4. After the restart, your handset will be reset.

Snom Conference

  1. Press the Settings key.
  2. Dial 07#*1850# on the keypad.
  3. After the restart, your device will be reset.
