This section shows the currently registered Trunks that the logged in user has access to.

Fields

  • Display Name - A friendly label given to identify the trunk on creation

  • Username - The auto-generated username of the trunk used for sip registration

  • Received - Contains the external IP of the network the registration originates from, as well as sip transport protocol if not using UDP.

  • Expires - The time (in UTC timezone) that the current session will expire. Usually this is 60 mins after the last received Register attempt and should reattempt every 30 mins.

  • User agent - Generally this is the brand and model of the device that the sip registration originated from.

Filters

  • Username - Relates to the auto-generated sip username as mentioned above. This filter will find any record containing the search parameter (does not need to be a full/exact match)

  • Source IP - Relates to the external IP of the network the request came from. This should match with the Received field mentioned above.
