List View

• Company Name - A friendly label given to identify the entity

• Parent - Friendly label of the entity directly above this record in the hierarchy

• Email - Email address used primarily for balance alert emails

Show View

• Active - Flag to denote whether the entity is live and associated users ability to access the Bytrunk web application

Filters

• Company Name - A friendly label given to identify the entity as mentioned above. This filter will find any record containing the search parameter (does not need to be a full/exact match)

• Parent - Dropdown of accessible organisations the logged in user has access to showing results in only direct children being shown

Actions

List View

• New Organisation

  • Create a new child organisation.

  • Company Name is required

  • Parent will be the direct owner of the new organisation

  • Active field will default to false

Show View

• Edit Organisation

  • Amend the email and/or active status of the organisation
