Fields
List View
Email - Email address of the user used to identify the user and associated Byphone account
Organisation - The entity of which this user is a member
Role - Dictates the permissions this user has within the Bytrunk system
Show View
Active - Flag to denote whether the user can access the Bytrunk web application
Filters
Email - This filter will find any record containing the search parameter (does not need to be a full/exact match)
Organisation - Dropdown of the organisations the logged in user has access to view
Actions
List View
New User
Create a new user
Ensure the email is valid and accessible
Take care to ensure the role given provides only the desired permissions
The user will receive an email with links to recover their account and access the Bytrunk portal
Show View
Edit User
Change a user’s email, role or organisation
Toggle User
Enable to disable the users ability to login (relates to the active field visible in the Show View)
Roles
Admin - This user has full access the the records associated with the organisation it is a member of (including child organisations)
Tech - This user can by and large perform the same functions as an admin user, except managing other user in the same organisation or with a higher role. Also they are unable to edit their own organisation.
Orders - This user can perform functions as a Technical user can, except managing any users or it’s own organisation. Also they cannot regenerate passwords for sip trunks.
User - This user has read only access to records associated with the organisation it is a member of (including child organisations)
Unauthorised - This user is unable to access the Bytrunk system
