Click to Dial

Click to Dial function allows users place calls from the Byphone Portal using any type of device you choose to register. It does not require any additional downloads and can be done directly though your web browser. Click to Dial can be used from most place in the Byphone portal that you can see an external number or internal extension i.e. Users page, Presence Panel, Call History etc.

Click to dial offers 2 options when making a call:

Dials your extension first as if you were receiving an internal call, once answered, then starts to make the call out to your intended destination. This saves having to dial full telephone numbers, or remembering internal user's extension numbers.

Makes the call directly from the Browser Phone registered in the Byphone Portal. This negates the need for additional hardware and allows full control within the browser.
